Mustard Roasted Potatoes

My friend Ina sent me one of her cookbooks for Christmas, with which I am now mildly obsessed (or Santa brought it, whatever). I am sure there are some sort of rules against me just giving out her recipes willy-nilly all over the internet (that's right, I just used the phrase willy-nilly) so instead I'll link to a similar one from someone equally as fabulous. Simultaneously, I will try to shake the feeling that I am currently making almost no sense at all.

These potatoes are seriously so easy and so outrageously good. Ina's recipe calls only for the red skinned potatoes, and I only used about 5 of them which is more than enough for two people. Her version also leaves out the butter and the lemon peel, which is convenient considering I still don't have a new grater. But if you're in the market for an easy potato recipe, I highly suggest this one.

I found a similar recipe online a few months ago and the husband and I both love it! I haven't made it for awhile, but I think your post will cause it to be on our plates tonight.
